Cramps During Pregnancy

Cramps during pregnancy may alert you, but some cramping and abdominal pain is actually common during this time. Before you even know you are pregnant, you may feel as if you are going to start your period. You may experience the same cramping, if not a little more, that you would normally feel during your menstrual cycle. When the egg implants itself in the uterine lining some mild early pregnancy cramping may occur. At this point you may not even know you are pregnant yet and may dismiss this cramping as a sign that your period is on its way.

Gas pains can cause cramping during pregnancy

It seems like almost everything is out of whack for our bodies when we are pregnant, and our digestive track is no exception. During pregnancy you may experience more gas than normal. Gas pains can also cause cramping during pregnancy. Constipation is also a complaint often reported by pregnant women. This can occur during all three trimesters, and even if you weren't pregnant, would cause cramping. Probably during some point in your pregnancy you will also have diarrhea. This can also cause cramping during pregnancy.

Cramps during second trimester

Around the second trimester, the muscles and ligaments that support your uterus will begin to stretch and move to prepare for baby's growth. This change in your body will often cause you to have pregnancy cramps. The best way to treat these cramps is to take a break from whatever you are doing and rest or to get a massage.

Cramps during early pregnancy could be a sign of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy

Sometimes cramping during pregnancy can be a sign that something is going wrong. If severe cramps occur during early pregnancy it could be a sign of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.
miscarriage: A miscarriage is when the pregnancy is terminated on its own, and usually occurs if something is not developing right.
ectopic pregnancy: An ectopic pregnancy is when the egg implants itself somewhere other than the uterus, and can be extremely dangerous to the mother. Bleeding can be a sign of both of these complications. If you experience any bleeding associated with pregnancy cramps, you should contact your doctor immediately.

Cramping during pregnancy could be a sign of preterm labor

Cramping during pregnancy could also be a sign of preterm labor, or labor beginning before thirty seven weeks gestation. Thousands of babies every year are born before their due date. If you experience cramping and you are not yet to your thirty seventh week, contact your doctor. She may put you on bed rest or take other precautionary measures to delay the onset of labor.

Labor and Cramps after thirty seventh week

If you are past your thirty seventh week of pregnancy and you are experience cramping during pregnancy, it may be a sign that labor is about to begin. This is a completely normal experience, and excited many women because it is assurance to them that the big day is near. Cramping could also be what is known as Braxton Hicks contractions. These contractions are a practice round for the big day, and may be slightly uncomfortable.

Sometimes normal cramping during pregnancy and cramping that signals a warning sign can be difficult to differentiate between. If you experience any bleeding, fever, or excessive or severe cramping it is always a good idea to speak with your health care provider.

Fortune Baby Gender Predictor Reviews

Thousands of happy moms around the world successfully used Fortunebaby gender prediction test. We are delighted to share their gender prediction reviews about their experience with Fortune Baby.

I used your 4 year gender selection calendar to have a boy (we have two beautiful girls). And I don't know how you calculate it, but I know one thing, it's working!!! Yesterday, I was having an ultrasound and like your baby gender predictor test said, its a boy!!! Thanks from all my family!!! I would recommend the gender predictor for anyone!!!

Dear Fortune baby- I was the most reluctant and skeptical person you could ever come across. I have four boy's age's 5, 4 and 1 1/2 (twins). I desperately wanted a little girl and this was my last try at it. So I ordered your 4 year baby gender predictor test. I had an ultrasound on 1/7/06 and another on 2/7/06 both time's the doctor said it was with out question a girl! My husband and I are extremely happy. The older boy's are now fighting about whom will be sharing a room with their sister! Our little girl will be here some time in June. Thank you so much. I have, and will continue to tell others about your site. Again thank you!

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say you where right about my gender prediction. I did the test at 6 weeks and thought it might be a bit of a scam. But I had my 20 week scan today and you where 100% correct. You said I would be having a boy and it is definitely a BOY!!!! Thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to tell you that your gender predictor was right. I am having my first baby boy due in May. I already have two little girls and this is my third pregnancy in 3.5 years. I ordered the results from Fortune Baby almost immediately after missing my cycle in September 2006. When the results said I would be having a boy I was so skeptical I was tempted to call and request a refund. I am so glad I came across your site and I have told all my expectant friends about your service. Thank you so much for being the first to tell me the best news I've heard all year.
