First trimester of pregnancy

1st Trimester Duration: Weeks 1 through Week 13
fetal development

During the first six weeks, you may not feel any different. In fact, you probably will not know for sure until you miss your period. Then you may feel nauseous and fatigued. During the seventh week, the baby's development begins. He or she will begin growing eyes, ears, nose, heart and other organs. By the eighth week, you will be able to hear the baby's heart by ultrasound.

Gender Reminder

Did you know that you can find out the gender of your baby as early as you take a pregnancy test?

fetal development

During week nine, the baby will develop bones, and arms and legs will take shape. At this time, feet and hands will be webbed. By the end of the tenth week, the baby will be small but fully developed. You may then experience more nausea and perhaps heartburn. During weeks 12 and 13, your baby grows quickly in size. Your fatigue may increase, and you may require more intake of food. You can now determine its sex through a sonogram, and see it for the first time at the doctor's office. As the first trimester ends, so does the dizziness, nausea and fatigue. Some women still experience nausea and heartburn going to the second trimester

Fortune Baby Gender Predictor Reviews

Thousands of happy moms around the world successfully used Fortunebaby gender prediction test. We are delighted to share their gender prediction reviews about their experience with Fortune Baby.

I took your baby gender predictor test before I decided to conceive and I have an 18 month old boy and I prayed for a little girl...so when I saw this web site I tried it and...IT'S A GIRL!!!!

I did the test when I first found out I was pregnant. At ten weeks, my MD told me I was having a girl when the test said IT'S A BOY! I was upset a little because I have two girls and I wanted this to be my last pregnancy and I was dreaming of a boy for my husband. Well, at my check-up at 18 weeks, the ultrasound tech and the MD confirmed that I am indeed having a BOY just as the test stated!! You guys were right and have been right with my other two daughters as well--that's 100% accurate for me.

I tried the gender prediction test with my first pregnancy and it was 100% right about my baby boy! Now 2 years later, I decided to take the gender prediction test again with my second pregnancy and it said that I was having a girl. I went for my 20 week ultrasound last week and it confirmed that ,sure enough, It's a Girl! It's so exciting! Thanks FortuneBaby.com, I will be sure to let everyone know about this site and the accuracy! -Happy Mom of 2:-)

I wanted to thank you for the prediction. I knew I was going to have a boy, I told everyone. But your gender predictor said girl. Didn't think anything of it....until last week. At my ultrasound, the tech told me I will have a girl! I was stunned and remembered what fortune baby told me. You were right and I was wrong! Thanks again and will definitely come back to the site when we are ready to make a boy.
