First trimester of pregnancy1st Trimester Duration: Weeks 1 through Week 13
 During the first six weeks, you may not feel any different. In fact, you probably will not know for sure until you miss your period. Then you may feel nauseous and fatigued. During the seventh week, the baby's development begins. He or she will begin growing eyes, ears, nose, heart and other organs. Can you fly during first trimester?
It is best to always ask your doctor if it's ok for you to air travel during your first trimester. Women that have medical complications are not recommended to fly since there might be an increased chance of having a miscarriage.
First trimester nuchal translucency
Nuchal translucency scan is done between 11 and 14 weeks of pregnancy to help your doctor assess the baby's risk of having Down syndrome and some other chromosomal abnormalities.
Spotting during first trimester
