First trimester of pregnancy

1st Trimester Duration: Weeks 1 through Week 13
fetal development

During the first six weeks, you may not feel any different. In fact, you probably will not know for sure until you miss your period. Then you may feel nauseous and fatigued. During the seventh week, the baby's development begins. He or she will begin growing eyes, ears, nose, heart and other organs. By the eighth week, you will be able to hear the baby's heart by ultrasound.

Gender Reminder

Did you know that you can find out the gender of your baby as early as you take a pregnancy test?

fetal development

During week nine, the baby will develop bones, and arms and legs will take shape. At this time, feet and hands will be webbed. By the end of the tenth week, the baby will be small but fully developed. You may then experience more nausea and perhaps heartburn. During weeks 12 and 13, your baby grows quickly in size. Your fatigue may increase, and you may require more intake of food. You can now determine its sex through a sonogram, and see it for the first time at the doctor's office. As the first trimester ends, so does the dizziness, nausea and fatigue. Some women still experience nausea and heartburn going to the second trimester

on may the twenty six danielle angelica was born at thirty weeks weighing two pounds and six and a half ounces mother and baby are doing great a little early but you were right about it being a girl thank you

I just wanted to add to the constant praise of your web site. We have 2 girls already. In August we found out that we were expecting again. We were so hoping for a boy! Well, we used your baby gender predictor test and it said we were due to have a boy. Still unbelieving we went to our ultrasound last week. To our surprise we are indeed expecting a boy. You were 100% correct. Thanks for all the fun!!

I just wanted to let you know that you correctly predicted I was having a girl. I never had an ultrasound, and through the whole pregnancy my husband doubted that your gender predictor could be accurate. He said the testimonials were just made up to make it look like you always get it right. But in the end , you were right! We have a lovely little 9 month old girl now. I don't know how you do it, but you do! I definitely plan to use your service the next time around (a few years down the road). Thanks!

Hi Fortune Baby, I did your baby gender prediction test months ago when I was early on in my pregnancy. I have to tell you I was very skeptical but it is my first baby and wanted to try some fun things. Your analysis said it was a girl! I had a maternal instinct from the beginning it was a girl but didn't know for sure. Well, we had our 18 week ultrasound today and the sonographer said we are having a baby GIRL! Your gender prediction test was right. Thanks!
