To Exercise, Or Not to Exercise?
At first glance, many a woman who has ever carried a child in her body will undoubtedly laugh at the notion of physical exertion during pregnancy. For me, the very act of walking casually into a grocery store sent my hear rate soaring during each of my three pregnancies. So, the idea of putting my already-burdened body through anything more strenuous than pushing a shopping cart at 0.5 mph down the baked-goods aisle was really a non-issue; it wasn't going to happen.
But that may be why I gained 50 lbs. with each new life I produced.

Truth be told, exercise is not something that should be dismissed quite so easily for those in gestation. While you may not be one of those annoyingly cute-bellied pregnant people you love to hate because they've run five miles everyday since they were born (and darn it if pregnancy is going to get in the way of that!), the benefits of exercise to both the mother and fetus are numerous, even if all you can manage is a slow walk. Here are a few activities that are safe for mothers-to-be:
Keep in mind that most exercise is safe to do as long as you were already doing it pre-pregnancy, and as long as your pregnancy is deemed by a medical professional as healthy with no complications. Use common sense, as well. Don't feel the need to be the super-sports star you were before you were two people. Listen to your body, and keep regular track of your heart rate in order to ensure that you are not overdoing it. And always consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise routine.
So if you're like I was - that is, ecstatic to be pregnant so I could eat whatever I wanted, not go to the gym every day, and (here's the best part!) not feel guilty about any of it - then you'll probably want someone to lay out precisely what good will come from exercising. Because in order to get me to heave myself out of my favorite position (I won't go into detail for dignity's sake, but it involves the couch, remote control, and a pint of lemon sorbet), there would have to be some pretty darn good reasons to get my sweat glands going. Well, prepare to be motivated!
Now that you are well-informed on the great things that exercising will do for you and your new little one, go have a good time! If it's not fun, try something else. But above all, stay active... your body will thank you for it later!

I took your gender predictor test and was skeptical but just had my ultra sound and it IS a little baby girl just as your baby gender prediction test predicted. I am elated!!!!!
You guys were right - I am having my 4th baby boy.
Hi I am a customer of yours and just wanted u guys to know that your gender prediction test was in deed correct. I have two boys and one daughter already, so I was hoping on another daughter, I had tried your formula and u guys said I was having a baby boy. I went to others and they all said girl. Well I went for my sonogram at 20 weeks last month, and the baby's legs were crossed, but the technician stated she thinks it is a girl. My boyfriend and I couldn't wait for another sonogram so we went to a 4d independent place and the first thing we saw when she turn the machine on was his legs open, and yes its a BOY! He was excited this is his first son, so I am determined to have a baby girl soon after his delivery so they can be at least a year and a half apart, and I purchased your one year prediction calendar. Good for me that most of next year its all girls, hopefully I will be lucky again next time! Thanks a lot, I will highly recommend u guys to all my friends.
Hi, I have been meaning to contact you guys for quite sometime but just haven't got around to it until a friend of mine mentioned that her and her husband are thinking about getting pregnant and I told her about you guys! After I convinced my husband for us to try one more time (we have 2 boys and I was DESPERATE for a girl), I found your website. I bought the test results and found out that my chances were slim to have a girl and if I was going to I need to do it in Feb. 2005! Well I went off the pill in Oct. 2004 after showing my husband your baby gender prediction test results, of course he doesn't believe in that stuff but hey! Anyway, I found out we were pregnant on March 27th, 2005! The first thing I did was got on your website and made sure it said girl, then I looked it see what the Chinese calendar had to say, it said BOY, so I was a little scared but still had that hope! Although we would have been happy with whatever we were given! So ultrasound time came along and I was so nervous, we had the whole family there (dad and big brothers). The baby was moving like crazy and the tech was having a really hard time getting the measurements she needed let alone get the sex of the baby. So then finally she thought she saw something, so she calls in another tech to confirm. At this point my husband was not in there because of there protocol to get what they need first. So she looks at me and says do you want to know now or wait until we get your husband in here....I didn't even think, I said I want to know NOW! So the words were....IT'S A GIRL!!! I couldn't believe it, I started crying on the table and both techs were crying too! My husband is still mad that I knew before him but I got to be the one to tell him and the big brothers!! So our little girl was born in November 2005 and she has totally completed our family in so many ways. Although people think I am crazy, I totally believe that little piece of paper that I printed off in 2004 that told me she was going to be a girl! And as for my friend, I am sending her your website address and if I have to purchase the results for her I will, that is how much I believe in this! Thanks for all your help and I don't know how you do it but it works!!
